According to legal documents obtained by Channels Television, Mrs Dakolo told a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja that being se.xually assaulted by Pastor Fatoyinbo affected her marital se.x life adversely.

Both actions, she said, caused her emotional distress.
