Senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo, has been summoned to appear before the Federal High Court Abuja within 14 days to answer to the ra.pe allegation against him by Busola Dakolo, Timi Dakolo’s wife.
Few weeks ago, Busola had accused, Pastor Fatoyinbo of raping her when she was a teenager and a member of his church in Ilorin, Kwara state.
In August the Pastor was questioned by the police at the Force Criminal Investigation Department, Garki Area 10, led by Assistant Commissioner of Police, Adaku Anya.
Pastor Fatoyinbo has since denied the allegation and has accused Busola and other women of attempt to use the allegation to extort him.
