New Haven in Enugu is known for its serenity. A young man in that area went mad recently.
The man happens to be a National Youth Service Corps who was wearing the traditional Khaki uniform ran insane and started running after people that stay within that locality.
Local reports show that the youth corper was seen roaming about the town while scavenging dirt from the bushes and gutters. At some point, he is seen breaking into a run before laughing out bizarrely.
The identity of the man is still known. Different people are thinking either he is a member of the NYSC or whether he is someone who just found the uniform and decided to wear it.
