Borno state Governor’s wife, Hajiya Nana Kashim Shettima has been commended for her act of humility after photos showed her kneeling down to welcome the Chief Imam of Borno, Imam Laisu Ibrahim Ahmed, to an event.
The First Lady on Wednesday, presented Ramadan gift to 100 Tsangaya teachers in Borno state.
The event which held at the Multipurpose hall of the government house, Maiduguri, was attended by highly respected personalities including the Executive Governor of Borno State, Hon Kashim Shettima, Commissioners of Local Government and Emirate Affairs, Commissioner of Water resources and SEMA chairperson, Hajiya Yabawa Kolo and erudite scholars of Borno state.
