A photo of a lifeless man known as Adamu Dewa from Dirdeu village, Ganye Local Government Area of Adamawa state, has emerged as an online source has reported that the man was stabbed to his grave while he was trying to separate a fight between his two wives.
The man was being stabbed by his first wife of 20 years, Hauwa who is fondly called “Chamba”, in the incident which occurred in the early hours of yesterday. According to a Facebook user, Abdulrahman Njidda Yebbi, Hauwa, said that the deceased has 5 children and also on countless occasions have threatened her husband with death, accusing him of displaying unequal treatment between her and the second wife.
The dead body of the man has been deposited at the Ganye General Hospital.

His 1st wife, Hauwa who is popularly known as “Chamba”, was married to the victim over 20 years ago and they have not less than 5 children together. She’s reported to have threatened her husband with death on several occasions, accusing him of favouritism and unequal treatment between her and the 2nd wife.
A few months ago, Bilyamin Bello, who is the son of a former Peoples Democratic Party Chairman, Haliru Bello, was also stabbed to his grave by his spouse, Maryam Sanda. Sanda is the daughter of embattled ex-Aso Savings Bank boss, Hajia Maimuna Aliyu.
